When There Are No Words
The ability to hold my babies close to me and feel their breath on my neck, as I ache for grieving moms who won't have the same priviledge again, has just been added to The Thanks Ranks.

- As I approached my 35th birthday in October 2006, I found myself presented with two choices: 1) Zero in on what I'd not yet done with my life and lament not being fully where I'd wanted to be by this time or 2) Show some gratitude for my life, focus on my blessings and embrace that I am a work in progress who is being touched by wonderful people, places, things and experiences every day. I chose option #2, and this blog was born out of that decision. I’m grateful, and I want to recognize daily that which has enriched my life—for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
